Hola Laura: Estaba por escribirte en estos dias,la verdad es que todo salio muy bien mejor de lo esperado, tanto el hospedaje com los guias ,las excursiones, volvimos muy contentos de nuestro viaje. Todos los lugares son hermosos y teniamos nuestro temor por que era la primera vez que viajabamos realizando transferencias y sin estar en una agencia frente a los vendedores de paquetes turisticos como se acostumbra aca en Argentina. Te agradesco por todo y pronto quisiera volver a contactarte por otros destinos que tenemos en mente para fin de año. Y nos gustaria poder volver a realizarlos con tu intermediacion, ya que todo ha salido mas que bien! te saludamos atentamente Gabriel y Nadia Pd:te envio una foto nuestra en la isla Bartolome en Galápagos

!Gracias mil !....,por el fabuloso viaje que nos habeis proporcionado. De 1-10 les puedo dar un 9.8. Todo salio a pedir de boca, los guias, el personal de transporte, los hoteles, los lugares visitados, todos bien profesionales, y bien atentos, realmente no tenemos ninguna queja, y podria quedarme aqui, pero por lo atentos y buena gente que ha sido usted conmigo, y por todo lo que ha hecho para que el viaje fuese todo un exito, le debo un pequenito detalle, no como queja, pero si para ayudarles en vuestro negocio en el futuro.

Lo unico que notamos en todo el viaje, fue un poquito de falta de coordinacion y comunicacion de algunos guias con la oficina central y con nosotros, pero esto al final no influyo para nada, lo unico que nos mantuvo en algunos momentos un poquitin intranquilos y preocupados, acerca del "Cuando". Pero, estoy muy contento con ustedes, y les prometo recomendarles "very high", a todas mis amistades que piensen viajar al Peru u otros paises que ustedes cubran les pido disculpas por lo tanto que les moleste en la preparacion del viaje, y de nuevo....Gracias. We had a great time on our trip! We were very impressed how there was always a Lima Tours guide or driver waiting for us at each step, just as promised. They were on time, polite and knowledgeable. The hotels were a very good standard and overall, the vacation was a great value. I will definitely recommend Latin Discover to anyone I know looking to travel to that area. Well we made it back safely. Everything was wonderful! All our transportation worked out fine. We did end up catching the Interbus at the La Fortuna pick-up so that worked well. Thanks again for everything and if I hear of anyone traveling to Latin America I will be sure to pass your name on! Kelli

We had a fantastic time!!!! Everything worked like clockwork---all tranfers and guides were on time, helpful and informative. I would certainly recommend your company to my friends. We would like to give a special mention to Jorge, our first guide in Cusco, who was extremely well-informed and interesting. My husband and I took a round-the -world trip last year and had many different guides---but we really found Jorge to be the best one we've encountered so far!

The Sumaq Hotel is outstanding---perfect location, lovely decor, comfortable beds and most importantly, polite and helpful staff. We were very impressed with their food too. On balance I think I would have rather stayed at the Libertador Hotel in Cusco (much better than ours, the Jose Antonio--although I have no complaints as to service).

Also on the train from Ollytaytambo to Agues Calientes were put on The Peru Rail train and we got a dance and fashion show on the train from their staff on our return to Ollytaytambo. We loved Peru. The people are all kind, polite and helpful. Eveything was operated efficiently. The countryside, mountains etc are breathtaking. And we were very lucky to see Machu Picchu in bright sunshine!!!

Laura Thanks for all your efforts for our trip. It was really really well organised and everything went like clockwork! We were certainly very happy with what you had done for us. I must admit that I had been a bit nervous because of doing it all over the internet, but it was great! Our guides and drivers were all excellent. We felt that they were really trying to look after us well. Everyone was there when expected, very efficient and very pleasant and friendly. Because it all went so well, it really enhanced our whole trip! The places that we chose to visit were all really worthwhile, and all interesting in their own different ways. The hotels were all good, although of course some were much better than others! We particularly enjoyed Hotel Rio Serrano, and the Hotel Unicornio Azul in Castro was certainly different! Tom and I have always been very independant travellers, in fact this is the first time we have ever used a travel agent. We really liked being organised, but still being on our own! So it went really well, beyond our expectations. Thanks for all the organisation that you did for us, and I'd appreciate it if you would pass our thanks on to your contact organisations in El Calafate and Chile. Best regards, Jennifer

Hello there! We had a very nice time at isla marisol. There are just a few people (guests) on the island and it is very familiar and personal service with very good food, nice air-conditioned cabanas and beautiful palm-beach. It is quite and fantastic for snorkling and DIVING. The dive sites are realy good, the dive center is very well equipped and the stuff is very good. We would recommend Isla Marisol, for those people who are NOT looking for luxury or stuf-up-service. Greetings from cold germany. Ali.

Laura: Thanks for all your help. The trip was fantastic and the accommodations provided were fine. The change to a truck from the car we had scheduled was a surprise, but as it turned out we enjoyed the truck. We had driven from Mendosa in a Hertz rental and the roads were hard on us and the vehicle. With the heavier truck you provided we actually felt safer and more comfortable. First let me say we had a wonderful trip - Machu Picchu was far beyond its billing - an extraordinary place. I think if we had stayed a couple nights in each of the places it would have been a better pacing - as it was we were getting to some of the hotels late at night and then leaving first things in the morning and since each hotel was very special we would have liked to have stayed longer.

We had trouble with the altitude in Cusco - but found the city fascinating. Loved the Miraflores in Lima - indeed loved all the hotels. After we had visited Machu Picchu and had taken the train back we had a one and a half hour bus ride back to Cusco - climbing constantly. In spite of these few details it was a wonderful trip. Sandra, We had a fantastic trip as always. Your service was impeccable and the car was fine. We were given a BeGo instead of the Terios which was a nice upgrade with no additional charge! We appreciate that. The cell phone was also very helpful as we have purchased a condo in Playas del Coco and needed to make many local phone calls to meet with property managers, banks, etc.

Once again we thank you very much for your excellent service. We always pass your name and email on to all friends going to Costa Rica as well as people we meet while in Costa Rica and will include you in the web site for our condo, once it is up and running!. Have a great day, Kate & Jim

The rental arrangement and vehicle were excellent. Their information was for a four door but I got what you and I talked about, a two door, two wheel drive 2003 Tracker. I will contact your firm again if I travel to the area. Thanks for the help. Regards, Leif S
